We love the feedback and comments we get from Angie’s List customers. I always believe feedback makes us better in serving our customers–both the good and the bad. I recently met with our Angie’s List rep for our annual how are we doing conversation.
It was good news. Customers are giving us an A in HVAC with a 3.9 out of 4.

Amazingly responsive! For the first time in more than 40 years of outstanding service (heating, air conditioning and plumbing services), from Howald Heating, I noticed a problem with the duct cleaning I had hired, after their servicemen left. I sent an email to the business owner, Larry Howald, (well after business hours) and had a response back that same night, setting up an appointment to return and make it right. Larry Howald personally came to our home to evaluate and correct the problem. It is clear to see why this is such a successful company!
It went GREAT! We knew we needed to replace our furnace soon and wanted to plan the purchase versus waiting until it goes out. (A Howald rep) came out and gave us excellent recommendations based on how long we plan to be in the house, what would be sufficient, the brands that would be acceptable and all at a very reasonable cost. We procrastinated and ended up needing them on a really cold day when our furnace finally went out. (The rep) got right back to me and they actually were able to come out that next day! We were very happy. They just called me for my (Comfort Fit) tune up so I’m scheduling that next. Thank you to … for great service, responsiveness and follow up.
Angie’s List also gave us a Super Service Award recently. We have earned this designation each year we’ve been in business. It’s hard work, but worth it when we get comments like these from our loyal customers. Thanks for your trust in us!
