Celebrating Howald’s opening, a message from Larry Howald

When we officially opened as Howald Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing last fall we published this promise:

We will always have an open door policy with our customers and our employees.
After your experience with Howald Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing,

It will only make us better at what we do!
We are interested in your suggestions and feedback,
which continues to make us stronger in serving you with safe, reliable service.

Being an Angie’s List member helped us get great customer feedback. We regularly review member comments and are pleased that we’re getting high-marks across the board. Here are some of the most recent comments:
