Here’s a summary of the results customers provided. We’re humbled by the feedback.
- Nearly 95% say they are highly satisfied with our team.
- And that same 95% says they are very likely to continue doing business and will refer us to family, friends and neighbors.

So while these 95% figures sound great, we know we have improvements to make. We’d like to thank all of you for your feedback, whether it was great or not-so-great. We’re using comments to make operational improvements, better our customer communications and ensure we fulfill our promise to deliver to you.
This was our first customer survey. We’ll repeat it again, but don’t wait until then to tell us how we did. Your feedback makes us a better team and a stronger company.
